Pastor

Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written many online pieces and is a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. They have three kids.
