Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actress. Following her film debut with the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for the best female lead. It was because of her role as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred popular actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she also appeared in the comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Despite an budget of just one million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. In the course of appearing on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. The show targeted teenagers that began to air in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she was featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about the superhero X-Men that she appears in as in a role as a guest. Her amazing performance has earned many awards like her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
