Felicity Jones is a British actress best known for her role as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything (a critically popular film), is one of the most well-known British actors. Jones began acting at the age of 12 and appeared in numerous TV shows, plays and movies. The first film she appeared in was The Treasure Seekers, a TV film. She then played the role of Ethel Hallow another television show called The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. In films such as The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she achieved recognition for her performance. But it was her performance on The Theory of Everything' that earned the actress an Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones received a lot of praise for her performance as Hawking's his first spouse. The film was inspired by the life story of Stephen Hawking. Inferno featuring Tom Hanks was next on her resume. Jones was awarded the title British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles in recognition of her exceptional talent and contributions to film.
