Anne Heche was an American actor who made it into the entertainment world by appearing on the show 'Another World. The actress had accused that her dad was sexually abusing her prior to his death from AIDS. The relationship between her mother and the only living sister was strained when they tried to defend her father. She has appeared in many films and television shows including 'Fatal Delight', 'The Brave', 'Wild Walking and Talking' as well as the film I Know What You DID Last Summer. Her relationship to Ellen DeGeneres caused controversy throughout her career. Then she got married to Coley Laffoon but was divorced in the following year. After that, she began dating James Tupper with whom she also had a second child. The book, Call Me Crazy: A Memoir, chronicles of her life's turmoil, including the abuse her father suffered and relationships with lesbians. Breakups with DeGeneres led to her suffering with emotional and psychological issues and was treated medically. Anne Heche was found dead in an Los Angeles hospital on August 6 2022. Six days had passed following a tragic auto accident. She was just 53.
